SAFE SHOPPING AT PULCINO - YOU HAVE UP TO 14 DAYS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

I. RETURN (WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT)

How does <<ACCORDING CONDITIONS>>

The return can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. You can return all or part of your order. The goods must be undamaged and not bear traces of use.

YOU WILL DO IT IN A FEW STEPS:

  1. Fill out the return form, available for download <<HERE>>
  2. Double-check the correctness of the data you provided.
  3. Please carefully secure and pack the shipment.
  4. Send the parcel by courier to our correspondence address:

5. Wait for a refund

The refund will take place immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment to the warehouse.

The refund of transaction costs is made by bank transfer to the bank account number indicated by you in the form. In the absence of the attached form, the return will be made to the account number from which the order was paid.

You will receive an email notification from us when we accept your return for processing.

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:

The right to withdraw from the contract is not entitled if the ordered products are personalized items, products that do not have a set of original tags and bear traces of use. And also products delivered in a sealed package,which after opening can not be returned for hygienic reasons.

SELF-REFUNDS

The cost of returning the returned product is always borne by the buyer. Remember that we do not accept parcels sent to us on delivery or delivered to parcel lockers.

II.REPLACEMENT

The exchange of goods always takes place through:

  1. Re-purchase the selected product
  2. Payment for the order placed
  3. Returning the product (in accordance with the return procedure described above)

III. COMPLAINTS

In order to make a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Please fill in the withdrawal form and attach it to the shipment. You can download the form <<HERE>>
2. The complaint can also be submitted in the form of any form other than ours, remembering that it contains such data as:

  • place and date of preparation of the complaint
  • name and surname
  • e-mail address
  • correspondence address
  • phone number
  • name of the advertised product
  • indication of the reason for the complaint
  • date of purchase and occurrence of the defect
  • bank account number
  • signature
