I. RECEIPT / INVOICE

Confirmation of your order is sent by e-mail.

In accordance with the applicable regulations resulting from the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on exemptions from the obligation to have cash registers:

  1. We do not include receipts in mail orders
  2. The proof of purchase by the Customer is a Personal Invoice, which the Store sends to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer

DELIVERY TIMES

Couriers  deliver parcels on working days, usually between 8.00 and 18.00. It all depends on the place of delivery, weather conditions and the forwarder himself.

InPost parcel lockers operate 24 hours a day, so by choosing delivery to a Parcel Locker, you can pick up the parcel at any time.

HOW TO PROCEED IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE TO THE SHIPMENT

If the Customer at the time of receipt of the parcel notices that the parcel has damage, he should act in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act of 23 July 2003 Postal Law. If you use the services of dpd and Inpost courier, it is recommended to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier and refuse to accept the shipment.
